摘  要:生产调度是提升生产效率、优化资源配置的重要手段,在印染生产过程中的作用尤为关键,但由于印染生产具有特殊性,包括生产流程的复杂性、工序间的紧密联系以及生产资源的有限性,传统的生产调度方法已难以满足现代印染企业对高效、灵活生产调度的需求。基于混合整数线性规划(MILP)模型,通过构建综合考虑生产时间、成本和效率的目标函数,明确生产调度的决策变量以及面临的约束条件,采用数学建模和算法求解技术,为印染生产过程提供了一种高效、可行的优化调度方案。Production scheduling is an important means of improving production efficiency,optimize the allocation of resources,its role in the printing and dyeing production process is particularly critical.However,due to the particularity of printing and dyeing production,including the complexity of the production process,the close connection between process and the limitation of production resources,the traditional production scheduling method has been difficult to meet the modern printing and dyeing enterprises demand for efficient and flexible production scheduling.Based on mixed integer linear programming(MILP) model,an efficient and feasible optimal scheduling scheme was provided for printing and dyeing production process by constructing an objective function that comprehensively considered production time,cost and efficiency,clarifying the decision variables and constraints faced by production scheduling,and adopting mathematical modeling and algorithm solving techniques.
