摘  要:采用易于原纤化的G100型莱赛尔(Lyocell)织物作为研究对象,借助柠檬酸与聚氨酯的协同应用提升Lyocell织物的抗皱性和服用性能。研究确定柠檬酸-聚氨酯免烫整理的加工工艺:柠檬酸用量120 g/L,聚氨酯用量20 g/L,柠檬酸-聚氨酯免烫整理加工后面料的甲醛含量为ND(未检出),5次水洗后面料的平整度为3.2级。此外,研究过程中采用红外、热重及X-射线衍射等技术手段表征整理前后纤维性能的变化。G100 Lyocell fabric,which was easy to fibrinate,was chosen as the research object.The crease resistance and wear performance of Lyocell fabric were improved by the collaborative application of citric acid and polyurethane.The research determined the processing technology of citric acid-polyurethane nonirons finish:the amount of citric acid was 120 g/L,the amount of polyurethane was 20 g/L,the formaldehyde content of the citric acid-polyurethane non-irons finish fabric was ND(not detected),and the flatness of the fabric after 5 times of washing was 3.2 level.In addition,infrared spectra,thermogravimetric and X-ray diffraction techniques were used to characterize the changes of fiber properties before and after finishing.
