摘 要:目前市场上的尼龙纤维主要为尼龙6和尼龙66,主要以不可再生的石油原料合成,且成本较高。随着社会的发展,传统尼龙纤维的生产给环境带来的负荷日益严重。因此,源自可再生资源的生物基尼龙的开发应用对保护环境、可持续发展有着重大意义。生物基尼龙510是通过提取自蓖麻油植物的葵二酸(生物基葵二酸)和提取自玉米秸秆的戊二胺(生物基1,5-戊二胺)聚合得到的,对尼龙510面料的整色工艺进行了基础研究,为尼龙510材料的运用奠定了基础。At present,the nylon fibers on the market are mainly nylon 6 and nylon 66,and their production is mainly based on the synthesis of non-renewable petroleum raw materials,and the cost is high.With the development of society,the production of traditional nylon fiber has increasingly serious load on the environment.Therefore,the development and application of bio-kinisaurus derived from renewable resources is of great significance to environmental protection and sustainable development.Bio-kinisaurus 510 was prepared by polymerization of maleic acid(biobased maleic acid) extracted from castor oil plant and pentenediamine(biobased 1,5-pentenediamine) extracted from corn stalk.The color processing of nylon 510 fabric was studied,which laid a foundation for the application of nylon 510 material.
