摘 要:目的 研究胎儿心音信号降噪的方式。方法 基于集合经验模态分解(EEMD)与小波熵的胎心音信号降噪算法,对胎心音信号进行EEMD,求取分解得到的本征模态函数(IMF)的归一化自相关函数,挑选出噪声主导的IMF进行小波熵自适应阈值降噪,最后基于降噪后的IMF与信号主导的IMF重建胎心音信号实现降噪。结果 该模型的信噪比为12.35,优于小波降噪、小波熵阈值降噪以及EEMD与小波阈值相结合的降噪算法。结论 本研究提出的降噪模型能够更有效地对胎心音信号进行降噪。Objective To study fetal heart sound signal noise reduction.Methods Based on the ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD)and fetal heart sound signal denoising algorithm of wavelet entropy,EEMD was performed on the cardiac sound signal,calculated the decomposed intrinsic mode function(IMF)of normalized autocorrelation function,picked out the noise of the IMF adaptive wavelet entropy threshold of noise reduction,Finally,the fetal heart sound signal was reconstructed based on the denoised IMF and the signal-dominated IMF to achieve noise reduction.Results The signal-to-noise ratio of the model was 12.35,which was better than that of wavelet denoising,wavelet entropy threshold denoising,and the combination of EEMD and wavelet threshold denoising algorithm.Conclusion The noise reduction model proposed in this research can reduce the noise of fetal heart sound signals more effectively.
