祛风消斑汤治疗过敏性紫癜风盛血热证患儿的效果及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨祛风消斑汤治疗过敏性紫癜风盛血热证患儿的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法 选取2021年6月至2023年12月临朐县妇幼保健院收治的78例过敏性紫癜风盛血热证患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组39例。参照组给予常规西药治疗,联合组在参照组基础上联合祛风消斑汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果 联合组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组关节肿痛、皮疹、肢体困重改善时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组免疫球蛋白(Ig) M、IgA、IgG水平以及各项中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IgM、IgA、IgG水平及各项中医证候评分均降低,且联合组IgM、IgA、IgG水平及各项中医证候评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 祛风消斑汤治疗过敏性紫癜风盛血热证患儿的效果显著,能够调节免疫功能,促进症状缓解,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Qufeng Xiaoban Decoction in the treatment of hypersensitive purpura with pattern of wind excessiveness and blood heat in children and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 78 children with hypersensitive purpura due to wind excessiveness and blood heat in Linqu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the combination group was treated with Qufeng Xiaoban Decoction on the basis of reference group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the combination group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of joint swelling pain,rash and limb sleepiness in the combination group was shorter than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)M,IgA,IgG,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgM,IgA,IgG,and TCM syndrome scores in both groups were decreased,and the levels of IgM,IgA,IgG,and TCM syndrome scores in the combination group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qufeng Xiaoban Decoction treating hypersensitive purpura with pattern of wind excessiveness and blood heat in children has remarkable effect,which can improve the immune function of children and promote the relief of symptoms,and is worth popularizing and applying.
