复方甲硝唑栓联合妇科千金片治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨复方甲硝唑栓联合妇科千金片治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法 选取在滨州市沾化区滨海镇卫生院2021年2月至2023年2月治疗的80例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采用复方甲硝唑栓治疗,试验组采用复方甲硝唑栓联合妇科千金片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、免疫功能、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果 试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,试验组各项中医症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,试验组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。试验组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 复方甲硝唑栓联合妇科千金片治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果较好,可改善临床症状与免疫功能,不增加不良反应且复发率低。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Compound Metronidazole Suppositories combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic cervicitis treated in Binzhou City Zhanhua District Binhai Town Health Center from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the experimental group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Compound Metronidazole Suppositories,and the experimental group was treated with Compound Metronidazole Suppositories combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,immune function,incidence of adverse reactions,and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the various TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,and immunoglobulin M in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Compound Metronidazole Suppositories combined with Fuke Qianjin Tablets in the treatment of chronic cervicitis is better,which can improve clinical symptoms and immune function,without increasing adverse reactions and with a low recurrence rate.
