摘　　要：目的 探讨预防护理在白血病患儿化疗后骨髓抑制期的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月广州市妇女儿童医疗中心收治的2864例化疗后骨髓抑制期白血病患儿作为研究对象,根据就诊时间分为对照组和观察组。2021年1月至12月收治的1750例患儿为对照组,实施常规护理;2022年1月至12月收治的1114例患儿为观察组,实施预防护理。比较两组感染发生情况、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 观察组感染总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理后,两组各项生活质量评分均升高,且观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 白血病患儿化疗后骨髓抑制期采用预防护理可降低感染发生率,提高生活质量与护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of preventive nursing in myelosuppression period of leukemia children after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 2864 leukemia children in myelosuppression period after chemotherapy admitted to Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the visit time.A total of 1750 children admitted from January to December 2021 were set as the control group and received routine nursing,and 1114 children admitted from January to December 2022 were set as the observation group and received preventive nursing.The incidence of infection,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the various scores of quality of life in the two groups were increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of preventive nursing in myelosuppression period of leukemia children after chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of infection,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
