授权教育联合集束化护理在女性再生障碍性贫血患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨授权教育联合集束化护理对女性再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者心理健康及服药依从性的影响。方法 选取2021年3月至2023年3月兰陵县人民医院收治的88例女性AA患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施授权教育联合集束化护理。比较两组汉密尔顿焦虑、抑郁评分及服药依从性。结果 护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组服药总依从率(97.73%)高于对照组(81.82%)(P <0.05)。结论 授权教育联合集束化护理能够改善女性AA患者心理健康,提高服药依从性。Objective To investigate the impact of authorized education combined with cluster nursing on the mental health and medication compliance of female patients with aplastic anemia(AA).Methods A total of 88 female AA patients admitted to Lanling County People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received authorized education combined with cluster nursing.Hamilton anxiety and depression scores,and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of observation group(97.73%)was higher than that of control group(81.82%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Authorized education combined with cluster nursing can improve the mental health and medication compliance of female AA patients.
