综合护理在腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨综合护理在腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月至10月聊城市第二人民医院收治的130例腹腔镜下疝气手术患儿,采用随机数字表法分组,参照组(n=65)行常规护理,研究组(n=65)行综合护理。比较两组并发症发生率、依从性、家属认知度、情绪及满意度。结果 与参照组比较,研究组患儿术后并发症总发生率更低,依从性各指标分值更高,患儿家属护理后认知度、满意度分值更高,焦虑、抑郁量表评分更低(P <0.05)。结论 综合护理用于腹腔镜下疝气患儿中,可降低患儿并发症发生率,提升患儿依从性、患儿家属认知度及满意度,并改善患儿家属的情绪。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in laparoscopic surgery for children with hernia.Methods A total of 130 children with laparoscopic hernia surgery from the Second People’s Hospital of Liaocheng City from January to October 2023 were selected and divided into groups by random number table method.The reference group(n=65)received routine nursing,and the study group(n=65)received comprehensive nursing.The complication rate,compliance,family recognition,emotion,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower,the scores of compliance indicators were higher,the scores of awareness and satisfaction after nursing were higher,and the scores of anxiety and depression scale were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for children with laparoscopic hernia surgery can reduce the incidence of complications,improve compliance,awareness and satisfaction of family members,and improve the mood of family members.
