摘　　要：目的 分析综合性护理在儿童结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法 选取滨州医学院附属医院2022年7月至2023年7月收治的200例结肠镜检查患儿,通过随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,每组100例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合性护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果 相较于参照组,研究组各项肠道清洁度评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组护理总满意率和总依从率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 综合性护理在儿童结肠镜检查中的应用效果显著,能够提高患儿的依从性和肠道清洁度,减少不良反应,且具有较高的满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in children’s colonoscopy.Methods A total of 200 children undergoing colonoscopy in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into reference group and study group by the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the study group had higher intestinal cleanliness scores,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate and total compliance rate in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in children’s colonoscopy has remarkable effect,which can improve the compliance and intestinal cleanliness of children,reduce adverse reactions,and have a high satisfaction.
