基于微课视频的BOPPPS教学模式在护理专业学生小儿心肺复苏教学中的应用

摘  要:目的 探讨基于微课视频的BOPPPS教学模式在护理专业学生小儿心肺复苏教学中的应用。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年6月在咸宁市第一人民医院实习的205例护理学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组102例护生采用传统教学方法培训,观察组103例护生采用微课视频联合BOPPPS模拟教学。分别于课程结束1周、1个月、3个月后对两组进行考核,比较其技能操作、理论知识掌握、自主学习能力和满意度。结果 观察组培训结束1周、1个月、3个月后的理论成绩和操作成绩均高于对照组,且培训结束1周后的自主学习能力和3个月后的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 将微课视频与BOPPPS教学模式相结合用于护理专业学生的小儿心肺复苏技能教育中,能有效提高学习效率和专业技能,并提高学生自主学习能力和教学满意度。Objective To explore the application of BOPPPS teaching mode based on micro-class video in the teaching of pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation for nursing students.Methods A total of 205 nursing students who practiced in Xianning First People’s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The 102 nursing students in the control group were trained by traditional teaching methods,and the 103 nursing students in the observation group were taught by micro-lesson video combined with BOPPPS simulation.The two groups were assessed at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after the end of the course to compare their skill operation,theoretical knowledge mastery,independent learning ability,and satisfaction.Results The theoretical and operational scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 1 week,1 month,and 3 months after the training,and the self-learning ability of the observation group at 1 week after the training and the satisfaction after 3 months were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of micro-lesson video and BOPPPS teaching mode in the education of pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills of nursing students can effectively improve learning efficiency and professional skills,and improve students’autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction.
