摘  要:【目的】根据秀珍菇栽培基质的福建省本地材料资源优势和成本优势,优化秀珍菇工厂化生产配方,减少对豆粕的高度依赖,降低并稳定秀珍菇工厂化生产成本。【方法】以棉籽壳、杂木屑、桉树皮、麸皮、玉米粉、豆粕、豆皮、甘蔗渣等栽培配方成分,共设置12组秀珍菇栽培配方,其中以常用豆粕原料为氮源补充的常规栽培配方(棉籽壳30%、杂木屑20%、桉树皮20%、麸皮20%、玉米粉5%、豆粕3%)为对照,接种‘秀珍57’秀珍菇液体菌种,进行发菌和出菇管理,测试与比较各种配方在栽培中秀珍菇的菌丝生长速度,第一、二潮菌包产量与两潮总产量等指标,筛选能替代豆粕的秀珍菇工厂化生产优化配方。【结果】筛选出一个优化的秀珍菇工厂化生产配方(中棉中桉配方:棉籽壳34%、杂木屑20%、桉树皮24%、麸皮20%、石灰1%、石膏1%),相比于常规栽培配方,以中棉中桉配方栽培的秀珍菇菌丝生长速度提高0.05 cm/d,存在显著差异;其菌包第一潮产量和两潮总产量比常规配方分别提高6.96%、11.95%,两潮总产量显著提升。【结论】优化后的秀珍菇栽培配方不需要豆粕,其秀珍菇产量和菌丝生长速度均优于常规含豆粕的栽培配方,对秀珍菇工厂化生产提高生产效益具有应用价值。【Objective】According to the local resource and cost advantages of the cultivation substrate of Pleurotus pulmonarius in Fujian,the industriaiizedl production formula of Pleurotus pulmonarius was optimized to reduce the high dependence on soybean meal,reduce and stabilize the production cost of industrialized cultivation of mushroom.【Method】A total of 12 groups of cultivation formulas were set up using cottonseed husk,miscellaneous sawdust,eucalyptus bark,bran,corn flour,soybean meal,soybean skin,bagasse and other cultivation formula components,among which the conventional cultivation formula supplemented by commonly used soybean meal raw materials as nitrogen source(30%cottonseed husk,20%miscellaneous sawdust,20%eucalyptus bark,20%bran,5%corn flour and 3%soybean meal)was used as the control.Liquid strain of‘Xiuzhen 57'was inoculated and the management of fungus and mushroom production were conducted.The mycelial growth rate,the yield of the first and second fruiting periods and the total yield of the two fruiting periods among formulas were tested and compared,and the optimized formula of industrialized production that could replace soybean meal was screened.【Result】An optimized formula of industrialized production(formula with moderate proportion of cottonseed husk and eucalyptus bark:34%cottonseed husk,20%miscellaneous sawdust,24%eucalyptus bark,20%bran,1%lime and 1%gypsum)were screened out.Compared with the conventional cultivation formula,the mycelial growth rate increased by 0.05 cm/d,which was significantly different using formula with moderate proportion of cottonseed husk and eucalyptus bark.The yield of the first fruiting period and the total yield of the two fruiting periods increased by 6.96%and 11.95%,respectively.The total yield of the two fruiting periods increased significantly.【Conclusion】This optimized formula does not require soybean meal and its yield and mycelial growth rate are superior to that of the control group,which has potential value of production and utilization of i
