摘 要:长期以来,饲用抗生素添加剂在饲料工业中的应用取得了良好的效果,但滥用抗生素引起的细菌耐药性以及畜禽产品药物残留等危害日益严重,威胁人类健康。饲用抗生素替代品在实际应用过程中存在易挥发、适口性差、不稳定、易遭胃酸破坏等问题,应用效果差异较大。缓释包被技术对改善抗生素替代品的适口性,提升产品稳定性,提高产品生物利用度效果较好。对饲用抗生素替代品的缓释包被效果及其在畜禽生产中的应用进行综述,为饲用抗生素替代品的研发和应用提供参考。For a long time,the application of feed antibiotic additives in the feed industry has achieved good results,but the abuse of antibiotics causing drug resistance,drug residues in livestock and poultry products and other hazards is increasingly serious,which directly threatens human health.Dietary antibiotic substitutes have become a hot research topic,but there are some problems in the practical application,such as volatility,poor palatability,instability,and easy to be damaged by stomach acid,and the application effect is different.Slow release encapsulation technology plays a positive role in improving the palatability of antibiotic substitutes,enhancing product stability and product bioavailability.The effects of slow release encapsulation of feed antibiotic substitutes and their applications in livestock and poultry production are reviewed to provide reference for research and application of feed antibiotic substitutes in the paper.
