摘  要:为了解东北地区鹿源大肠杆菌毒力基因的分布情况,加强对大肠杆菌病的防控,采用PCR技术对257株鹿源大肠杆菌的8种毒力基因进行检测。结果表明:在检测的257株菌株中,毒力基因fyuA,fimH,iucD和irp2的检出率分别为59.14%,78.21%,16.73%和61.48%,毒力基因iss,stx1,stx2,eae均未检出。检测结果为大肠杆菌疾病的防控提供参考。Through understanding the distribution of the virulence genes in the Escherichia coli isolated from healthy deer in Northeast China,the prevention and control of Escherichia coli disease is further strengthened.Eight virulence genes of 257 strains of E.coli were detected by PCR.The results showed the detection rates of virulence genes fyuA,fimH,iucD and irp2 were 59.14%,78.21%,16.73% and 61.48% among the 257 strains tested,respectively,while the virulence genes iss,stx1,stx2 and eae were not detected.These results proved that the virulence gene of E.coli had certain latency.The results provide reference for improving the prevention and treatment of Escherichia coli disease.
