摘　　要：miRNA是一类微小的非编码RNA分子,在转录后通过结合特定的mRNA靶标来调节基因的转录与表达,参与机体广泛的生物过程。miRNA在机体的生长发育过程中起到重要的调节作用,是许多动物疾病的重要生物标志物,调控着动物机体内的生理过程。通过研究不同miRNA对机体的调控作用能够为动物疾病的诊断和治疗寻找新的视角,为疾病的控制提供方法,为保护动物健康提供指导依据,miRNA是当前分子生物学领域热门研究对象。讨论了miRNA在内脏疾病与癌症肿瘤相关试验中作为标志物研究,以及在新药开发、肠道与寄生虫疾病领域的相关治疗方法。通过综述当前有关miRNA在动物疾病的诊断和治疗过程中的研究结果,提供了使用miRNA作为诊断和治疗动物疾病生物标志物的理论基础,miRNA将成为动物疾病生物标志物和治疗靶点的新可能。miRNAs are a class of tiny non-coding RNA molecules that participate in regulating a wide range of biological processes in the body through gene transcription and expression.A large number of experimental studies have shown that miRNAs play an important regulatory role in the growth and development of the body and are important biomarkers in the pathogenesis of many animal diseases.Therefore,studying the regulatory effects of different miRNAs on the body can find more perspectives for the treatment of animal diseases,provide more measures for disease prevention and control,and guidance for protecting animal health.This paper reviews an overview of current research on miRNAs in the diagnosis and treatment of animal diseases.
