摘 要:采用磷钼酸(PMo12)-还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)-聚苯胺(PAN)对微生物燃料电池(MFC)的阳极进行改性,构建单室空气阴极MFC,考察了材料结构、改性阳极形貌和MFC的电化学特性、产电特性和高氯酸盐去除性能,并探讨了改善MFC性能的机理。结果表明:相比空白阳极,PMo12-rGO-PAN改性阳极具有更多的电化学活性位点,其MFC循环伏安闭合曲线面积和交换电流密度分别提高了2.34、9.36倍,电荷转移内阻降低了85.87%。在560 mg/L高氯酸盐下,该阳极MFC产生最大输出电压为160.03 mV;在运行过程中,该阳极MFC对高氯酸盐的还原率始终高于空白阳极。该阳极通过改善微生物的附着条件和提高阳极电子转移速率提升了MFC的运行性能。The anode of microbial fuel cell(MFC)was modified by phosphomolybdic acid(PMo 12)-reduced graphene oxide(rGO)-polyaniline(PAN),and a single-chamber air cathode MFC was constructed.The material structure,the morphology of the modified anode,the electrochemical characteristics,electric generation characteristics and perchlorate removal performance of MFC were investigated.The mechanism of improving MFC performance was also discussed.The results showed that PMo 12-rGO-PAN modified anode had more electrochemically active sites than blank anode.The MFC cyclic voltammetry closed curve area and exchange current density were increased by 2.34 and 9.36 times,respectively,and the charge transfer resistance was reduced by 85.87%.At 560 mg/L perchlorate,the maximum output voltage of the anode MFC was 160.03 mV.During operation,the reduction rate of perchlorate by MFC was always higher than that of blank anode.The anode improved the performance of MFC by improving the adhesion conditions of microorganisms and increasing the anode electron transfer rate.
