摘 要:未来产业具有鲜明的“全链条”、科技含量高的特点。因此,作为支撑未来产业创新活动的重要载体,大科学装置、重大科技创新平台、中试基地等创新基础设施的建设布局也必然要向“全链条”集群化发展。文章试图阐释面向未来产业的创新基础设施集群基本概念,梳理了当前国内部分区域依托创新基础设施集群培育未来产业的做法及成效,探讨了创新基础设施集群支撑未来产业发展的作用机制,从未来产业发展的角度就我国创新基础设施集群建设提出了若干建议。Industries of the future(IoTF)are characterized by a distinctive whole chain and high scientific and technological content,and as an important carrier to support the innovation activities of industries of the future,the construction and layout of innovation infrastructures,such as large scientific devices,major scientific and technological innovation platforms,pilot bases,etc.,will inevitably develop towards whole chain clustering.This study tries to explain the basic concept of innovation infrastructure clusters for industries of the future,sort out the practices and results of fostering industries of the future based on innovation infrastructure clusters in some regions in China,and discuss the role of innovation infrastructure clusters in supporting the development of industries of the future,and puts forward suggestions on the construction of innovation infrastructure clusters in China from the perspective of industries of the future.
