摘  要:质子交换膜燃料电池堆的密封性能直接关系到电堆的安全性、可靠性和耐久性。本文综述了电堆密封技术要求、电堆密封设计、密封材料选型和密封工艺路线等密封技术的研究进展,提出了密封材料选型的建议和未来密封技术路线的发展方向,为长寿命、高性能燃料电池堆密封设计和验证提供理论参考。The sealing performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)stack is directly related to the safety,reliability,and durability of the stack.This paper takes the sealing design,sealing material selection and sealing process route as the research objects,comprehensively reviews the research progress of the sealing technology of the PEMFC stack.The suggestions on the selection of sealing materials and the development direction of future sealing technology routes are put forward,which provides a theoretical reference for the design and verification of long life and high performance fuel cell stack seals.
