摘 要:本研究在金属钛网间填充无机纤维棉形成多层电极组件,构建了一种新型复合钛网生物膜电极反应器(Multi Titanium-mesh Biofilm Electrode Reactor,MTBER)用于低碳氮比(C/N)污水的脱氮处理,并探究了电流密度、进水C/N、总氮负荷及水力停留时间(HRT)对MTBER脱氮性能的影响.结果表明,总氮去除最佳电流密度范围为250~350 m A·m^(-2),适宜进水总氮浓度为60~75 mg·L^(-1),最佳水力停留时间为12~16 h.当C/N=1,进水总氮浓度=75 mg·L^(-1),电流密度=250 m A·m^(-2),HRT=12 h时,NO_(3)^(-)-N、NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN的去除率与未通电时相比分别提高了29.67%、30.30%和26.83%.MTBER对TN的脱除机制主要是在电化学氧化还原作用条件下,体系硝化、异养及氢自养协同反硝化的共同结果.In this study,a novel multi titanium-mesh biofilm electrode reactor (MTBER) was invented for low carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N) wastewater nitrogen removal.The MTBER consists of electrode assemblies made of stacked titanium mesh layers stuffed with inorganic fiber.The effects of current density,influent C/N,total nitrogen loading,and hydraulic retention time (HRT) on the nitrogen removal efficiency of MTBER were investigated.Results showed that current density range of 250~350 m A·m^(-2),influent total nitrogen concentration of 60~75 mg·L^(-1),and hydraulic retention time of 12~16 h are the suitable conditions for total nitrogen removal.Compared to the non-electrified trials,the removal of NO_(3)^(-)-N,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN respectively increased by 29.67%,30.30%and 26.83%,at C/N of 1:1,influent TN of 75 mg·L^(-1),HRT of 12 h,and current density of 250m A·m^(-2).The removal of TN by MTBER was mainly due to the combined processes of nitrification,heterotrophic denitrification synergistic with autohydrogenotrophic denitrification in condition of electrochemical oxidation and reduction.
