摘 要:以蒸发诱导自组装法制备了介孔氧化铝载体,然后通过浸渍法制备了Pt-Fe/Al_(2)O_(3)异相类芬顿催化剂,制备的Pt-Fe/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂可高效活化H_(2)O_(2)氧化降解有机污染物.首先对比了国内外不同厂家生产的造孔剂P123对氧化铝载体比表面积和物相结构的影响,进而表征了Pt-Fe/Al_(2)O_(3)的理化结构与催化性能.结果表明,在0.2 g·L^(-1)Pt-Fe/Al_(2)O_(3)、p H=3、H_(2)O_(2)浓度为10 mmol·L^(-1)的条件下,所制备催化剂在30 min内对20 mg·L^(-1)罗丹明B(Rh B)溶液的降解效率达到97.71%.介孔Pt-Fe/Al_(2)O_(3)具有较好的循环使用稳定性,并对Rh B、甲基橙(MO)、亚甲基蓝(MBT)等多种有机污染物均具有良好的降解效果,是一种有前景的异相类芬顿催化剂.猝灭实验和ESR结果表明,·OH和^(1)O_(2)是Rh B降解的主要活性物种.In this paper,mesoporous alumina supports were prepared by evaporation-induced self-assembly method,and then Pt-Fe/Al_(2)O_(3)heterogeneous Fenton-like catalysts were prepared by impregnation method,and the prepared Pt-Fe/Al_(2)O_(3) catalysts could efficiently activate H_(2)O_(2) for oxidative degradation of organic pollutants.Firstly,the effects of P123,a pore-forming agent produced by different manufacturers,on the specific surface area and pore structure of alumina supports were compared,and then the physicochemical structure and catalytic properties of Pt-Fe/Al_(2)O_(3) were characterized.The results showed that 97.71% degradation of 20 mg·L^(-1) Rhodamine B(RhB) solution was achieved within 30 min at the conditions of 0.2 g·L^(-1) Pt-Fe/Al_(2)O_(3),pH=3,and H_(2)O_(2) concentration of 10 mmol·L^(-1).Mesoporous Pt-Fe/Al_(2)O_(3) is a promising hetero-Fenton-like catalyst with good recycling stability and good degradation ability on a wide range of organic pollutants such as RhB,Methyl orange(MO),and Methylene blue(MBT).Radical quenching experiments and ESR results indicated that ·OH and ^(1)O_(2) were the main active species for RhB degradation.
