摘　　要：中共中央中原局成立后,认真贯彻执行党中央抗日民族统一战线方针,及时扭转了长江局时期华中地区统战工作不利的局面,逐步确立坚持独立自主原则、充分利用矛盾孤立国民党顽固势力、在“有理、有利、有节”的原则下进行反顽斗争等统一战线政策。中原局领导华中地区各级党组织和新四军通过区别对待国民党内部各派力量、团结争取开明士绅和知识分子、说服改造帮会组织和绿林武装、积极争取海外人士募捐和抗战等多元化的统战实践,在宣传中共统一战线政策和抗日方针、不断扩大中原局领导下的抗日力量、缓和国民党顽固派反共摩擦形势等方面发挥了显著成效。中共中央中原局统战工作呈现出对象的广泛性、策略的灵活性、方式的多样性等鲜明特点,对于新时代党的统战工作有重要启示意义。The establishment of the Central Plains Bureau of the CPC Central Committee marked a new starting point for the united front work in the Central China region during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.The Bureau actively implemented the CPC Central Commttees policy of forming a united front against Japanese aggression,effectively reversing the unfavorable situation in united front work in Central China during the period of the Yangtze River Bureau.Guided by the principles of adhering to independence and autonomy,fully utilizing contradictions to isolate the stubborn forces of the Kuomintang(KMT),and engaging in anti-stubborn-struggle based on the principles of"reason,advantage,and restraint",the Central Plains Bureau led various levels of party organizations and the New Fourth Army in Central China through diverse united front practices.These practices included differentiating treatment of various factions within the KMT,uniting and winning over enlightened gentry and intellectuals,persuading and transforming gang organizations and forest guerrillas,and actively seeking donations and support from overseas individuals.These efforts yielded significant results,contributing to the expansion of resistance against Japanese forces under the leadership of the Central Plains Bureau and easing tensions between the stubborn faction of the KMT and the CPC.The distinct characteristics of united front work during this period,including its wide-ranging targets,flexible strategies,and diverse approaches,provide important insights for the contemporary united front work of the CPC.
