摘　　要：《爱国主义教育法》的颁布实施,以国家法规的强制力为铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育提供了更为完善的法规保障。通过从法律上确立铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的地位和任务,促进铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育体系的不断完善,汇聚起铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的社会合力,并以法规的形式进一步明确了学校始终是铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的主阵地,有力地推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的常态化开展。The promulgation and implementation of the Patriotic Education Law provides a more comprehensive regulatory guarantee for strengthening the education of consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation with the coercive force of national regulations.By establishing the status and tasks of strengthening the education of consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation from a legal perspective,promoting the continuous improvement of the education system for consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,gathering the social forces for strengthening the education of consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,and further clarifying in the form of regulations that schools are always the main battlefield for strengthening the education of consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,it effectively promotes the normalization of the education of consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
