摘　　要：近年来,海分枝杆菌致人类感染有逐渐增长的趋势。海洋生物刺伤致手部感染是一种特殊性感染,其发病与海分枝杆菌感染关系密切。人类可以通过接触污染水源、水产等而感染。文章报道1例手部感染海分枝杆菌患者及中医药诊疗过程,为临床治疗海分枝杆菌感染提供参考依据。In recent years,there has been a gradual increase in human infections caused by Mycobacterium perfringens.Hand infection caused by marine organism stings is a special type of infection,and its onset is closely related to Mycobacterium infection.Human beings can become infected through contact with contaminated water sources,aquatic products,etc.The article reports a case of hand infection with Mycobacterium infection and the diagnosis and treatment process of traditional Chinese medicine,provid-ing reference for the treatment of Mycobacterium infection.
