摘 要:机场改扩建工程具有高度集约的特点,施工场地空间有限、工作面多、工期紧张,需控制各类污染物的密集排放,全过程不影响飞行区的运营。文章以长沙机场改扩建综合交通枢纽工程为例,基于绿色施工理念从组织管理和技术措施两方面论述不停航施工,结合BIM+4D等信息管理技术布置现场、组织施工,实施降尘、降噪、定向照明、避免漂浮物等措施,使机场改扩建综合交通枢纽工程施工与飞行区运营同步正常进行,在确保工程质量、安全、进度的基础上,有效控制环境污染,取得包括经济、环保、社会等效益在内的绿色综合效益。相关研究可为类似机场改扩建工程不停航绿色施工提供参考和借鉴。Airport renovation and expansion projects are highly intensive,with limited construction site space,multiple working faces and a tight schedule,which needs to control the intensive emission of various kinds of pollutants,and the operation of flight area shall not be affected during the whole process.This article takes Changsha airport renovation and expansion comprehensive transportation hub project as an example,based on the green construction concept from the two aspects of organizational management and technical measures to discuss the construction without stopping the flight,combined with BIM+4D and other information management technology to arrange the site,organize the construction,implement dust reduction and noise reduction,directional lighting,avoidance of floating debris and other measures,so that the airport renovatoin and expansion of the comprehensive transportation hub project construction could be carried out normally in parallel with the operation of the flight area,on the basis of project quality,safety and schedule,the project could effectively control environmental pollution and achieve comprehensive green benefits including economic,environmental and social benefits.The relevant research could provide reference and an example to build on for the green construction of similar airport reconstruction and expansion projects without stopping the flight.
