摘 要:近年来随着城市化建设架空线入地等工程逐步开展,城市电力可靠性要求更高,对电力电缆通道的需求量亦更高。然而,电力电缆通道的规划面临诸多实际难题,一方面与城市发展不匹配,与其他工程建设规划协调不足,另一方面在上海城区内又易受地理环境影响导致通道拥堵难以规划落地。以上海城区部分路段为实际案例,详细阐述并分析电力电缆通道规划发展的实际问题,同时总结提出统一规划、安全运行、经济合理的总体原则以及差异化的区域原则,以期为未来电力通道规划提供有效参考,确保电网建设项目规划的科学性与合理性。In recent years,as urbanization construction projects such as overhead lines and grounding have gradually developed,the reliability requirements for urban electricity have increased,and the demand for power cable channels has also increased.However,the planning of power cable channels faces many practical challenges.On the one hand,it does not match urban development and lacks coordination with other engineering construction plans.On the other hand,it is easily affected by the geographical environment in the urban area of Shanghai,making it difficult to plan and implement channel congestion.Taking some road sections in the urban area of Shanghai as practical cases,this paper thoroughly examines and analyzes the challenges encountered in planning and developing power cable channels.At the same time,it summarizes and proposes the overall principles of unified planning,safe operation,and economic rationality,as well as differentiated regional principles,in order to provide effective reference for future power channel planning and ensure the scientific and rational planning of power grid construction projects.
