摘　　要：汽车制造业是能源消费和碳排放的主要工业领域之一,推动汽车生产环节的节能与能效提升,对于汽车企业实现绿色低碳高质量发展,具有重要的战略和现实意义。涂装车间是汽车生产过程中能耗最高的区域,介绍了实施涂装车间烘房余热利用项目的应用实践,包括系统设计方案、现场实施、节能减碳降本的实际效果。The automobile manufacturing industry is one of the main industrial fields of energy consumption and carbon emissions.Promoting energy saving and energy efficiency in automobile production has important strategic and practical significance for automobile enterprises to achieve green,low carbon and high-quality development.The coating workshop is the area with the highest energy consumption in the process of automobile production.The application practice of implementing the waste heat utilization project of the drying room in the coating workshop was introduced,including the system design scheme,on-site implementation,and the actual effect of energy saving,carbon reduction and cost reduction.
