摘 要:周文王是周代历史文化遗存中被尊奉的显赫先祖,是儒家道统谱系中的重要一环,其施行的“文王之政”被后世君王奉为治政标杆。相较于“文王之政”,有关文王征伐之事的书写较为稀少。爬梳文献可知,周原甲骨中已记载有文王征伐之事,至东周,典籍中记载的文王征伐故事以文王德化邦国进行了文饰化处理。至两汉,汉人不仅绍继文王盛德的基调,而且将文王征伐之事融于文王圣德的书写中,以“文王有征伐之法”[1]评判。概言之,“文王征伐”故事书写的变迁展现了周人直至汉人对周文王文德记载的大力改塑过程。King Wen of Zhou was a notable ancestor in the history of Zhou Dynasty and became an important part of the Confucian Orthodoxy.His rule,namely“the rule of King Wen of Zhou”,was regarded as the benchmark by later Kings.Through a systematic review of the records related to the“the punitive expedition of King Wen of Zhou”in the documents of Pre-Qin and Han dynasties,it finds that there are more records about“the rule of King Wen of Zhou”,and the writing about“the punitive expedition of King Wen of Zhou”only accounts for a small space.It can be found that the oracle bones of the Zhou Yuan have already contained the records of the punitive expedition.By the Eastern Zhou Dynasty,the stories of“the punitive expedition of King Wen of Zhou”recorded in historical documents were fundamentally modified to the king’s virtuous treatment of the states and the initiative of the states to submit to him.By the time of the Han dynasties,people not only inherited the basic views of King Wen of Zhou’s great virtue,but also further applied“the punitive expedition of King Wen of Zhou”into the writing of King Wen of Zhou’s great virtue.In a word,the change of the story writing for“the punitive expedition of King Wen of Zhou”shows the process of the transformation during the Pre-Qin and Han dynasties.
