摘　　要：为提升船舶箱式冷却器在使用过程中的安全性,开展箱式冷却器故障分析。系统阐述箱式冷却器的原理,对常见的箱式冷却器故障进行总结和分类,并对其特征进行分析。以某20000 t转载驳为例,阐述其箱式冷却器出现的故障,并针对故障原因提出相应的解决方法,为后续船舶箱式冷却器的设计和应用提供参考。Corrosion happens in marine box coolers and it is a common cause of equipment malfunction.To deal with the problem,the principle of the cooler is reviewed and the common faults are systematically summarized and classified.A real fault case is analyzed,and the methods to avoid the failure is proposed.
