摘 要:针对“偏远小站”收费车道存在的收费成本高和自动化水平低的问题,结合高速公路联网收费系统优化升级工程的要求和技术发展趋势,提出一种适合偏远小站的收费车道改造方案。以S50海平高速公路西安镇收费站改建为例,采用建设集约化、设施智能化、设备一体化和场景多元化等思路改建收费车道。在自助车道投入自助发卡机或自助缴费机,代替人工发卡、缴费,减少收费车道人工操作流程,降低运营单位的人工成本;在ETC(Electronic Toll Collection)专用车道设置双天线和特情处理终端等设备,提升ETC车道的车辆通行效率和服务水平,保障收费现场畅通无阻。实际应用结果表明该方案可行,可供偏远小站收费车道改建参考。A toll lane renovation scheme particularly for“remote small station”is planned in the context of upgrading highway toll collection network and technology rapidly advancing.The remote small stations are now mostly in the situation of lower toll lane automation level and excessive operation costs.The renovation scheme for Xi’an Town Toll Station on the S50 Haiping Highway is presented as an example.The scheme covers construction intensification,facility intellectualization,equipment integration,service scenario diversification and some others.A self-service lane equipped with self-service card issuing/payment machine was constructed,to save the labor cost of the station.The ETC(Electronic Toll Collection)special lanes were improved by introduction of double antenna and special treatment terminals.The practical operation of the renovated station demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.
