摘 要:首先从理论上推导了检漏仪反应值与被测气体中氦气浓度间的关系,并通过试验进行了验证,然后以大型贮箱为对象,开展了氦气浓度对贮箱吸枪积累法检测结果影响的试验研究。结果表明:在测试温度和入口压力一定时,检漏仪的反应值与积累室内的氦气浓度成正线性关系;在贮箱吸枪积累法检漏中,氦气浓度均匀性对检测结果有很大影响,应对积累室内的气体搅拌10min以上,以保证氦气浓度均匀性,减小对检测结果的影响,确保贮箱检漏的可靠性。The relationship between the displayed value of the leak detector and the helium concentration of the gas was derived theoretically and verified by experiments.In addition,the influence of helium concentration on the detection results of sniffer probe accumulation method was studied experimentally with large tank as the object.The results show that the displayed value of the leak detector is linearly related to the helium concentration of gas in the accumulation chamber when the temperature and inlet pressure are constant.While for sniffer probe accumulation method,the uniformity of helium concentration has a great influence on the detection results.The gas in the accumulation chamber must be stirred.After stirring for 10 min or more,the uniformity of helium concentration has little influence on the detection results with ensured reliability of tank leak detection.
