摘  要:环保型断路器的应用是实现高压开关设备绿色发展的必然途径之一.为探究72.5 kV海上风电用环保型断路器的绝缘特性,建立了其数值仿真模型,研究了相应位置的电场分布及影响因素,并根据计算结果开展了内部绝缘结构优化设计.研究表明:当端屏蔽罩圆角半径为28mm、金属化瓷壳高度为145mm、中间屏蔽罩长度43 mm时,真空灭弧室绝缘特性最优;雷电冲击电压下断路器最大电场强度为20.12 kV/mm,结构优化后电场强度均低于16.80kV/mm,并开展了绝缘试验验证,均顺利通过试验,该研究可为断路器样机结构设计提供支撑.The utilization of environmentally friendly circuit breakers is an essential approach to achieving eco-friendly development in high-voltage switchgear.A numerical simulation model was established to examine the insulation characteristics of an environmentally friendly circuit breaker designed for offshore wind power generation at 72.5 kV.The study involved an investigation of the electric field distribution and relevant influencing factors at specific positions.Based on the calculation results,an optimization design of the internal insulation structure was conducted.The study reveals that the vacuum interrupter achieves optimal insulation characteristics when equipped with an end shield radius of 28 mm,a metalized porcelain shell height of 145 mm,and a middle shield length of 43 mm.The circuit breaker exhibits a maximum electric field intensity of 20.12 kV/mm under lightning impact voltage,which decreases to values lower than 16.80 kV/mm following structural optimization.Furthermore,insulation test verifications were performed,and all of them successfully passed.This study provides valuable support for the design of the circuit breaker prototype structure.
