摘 要:利用地面常规观测资料、探空观测资料以及NCEP1°×1°再分析资料,从环流背景、动力和水汽等方面对2019年8月9—10日河南省特大暴雨过程进行诊断分析.结果表明:①“利奇马”登陆后继续北上,其东北侧副热带高压稳定维持,在二者共同作用下,西风带低槽东移速度迅速减缓,降水系统在同一地区停滞,增大了累计降水量.②强降水期间,大气层结发生了由稳定—不稳定—稳定的转变,CAPE值较小不利强对流天气发生,但K指数高达38℃,充沛的水汽条件有利于短时强降水产生,强降水区位于TBB低值中心附近略偏暖区一侧.③冷平流使低槽和锋区进一步增强,次级环流的动力抬升及台风外围偏东风充足的水汽供应,是产生该大暴雨天气的主要因素.By using conventional ground observation data,sounding observation data and NCEP 1°×1°reanalysis data,the process of a heavy rainstorm occurred in Henan Province on August 9-10,2019 was diagnosed and analyzed in terms of circulation background,dynamics and water vapor.The results showed that:①After the landfall of“Lekima”,it continued to move northward,and the subtropical high on the northeast side was maintained stably.Under the combined action of the two,the eastward movement speed of the trough in the westerly zone slowed down rapidly,and the precipitation system stagnated in the same area,which increased the accumulated precipitation.②During the period of heavy precipitation,the atmospheric stratification changed from stable to unstable to stable.Although a slightly lower CAPE was unfavorable for the occurrence of severe convective weather,the K index was up to 38℃.Abundant water vapor conditions were favorable for the production of short-term heavy precipitation,and the strong rainfall area was located on the slightly warmer side near the TBB low value center.③The cold advection further strengthened the low trough and frontal zone,and the dynamic uplift of secondary circulation and the sufficient water vapor supply from the easterly wind around the typhoon were the main factors causing this heavy rainstorm.
