摘 要:探讨打造智慧型船舶总体院所的必要性、构建理念、发展目标及实施策略。随着数字化时代的到来,智慧型船舶科研院所成为提升行业竞争力的关键。构建智慧型院所旨在通过信息技术与船舶设计的深度融合,实现设计、研发、制造与运营的高效协同和智能化管理。提出船舶一体化设计、数字化交付与交互、数字化营运支持等策略,并强调流程管理的重要性。实施这些策略旨在提高设计效率和质量,降低成本,推动船舶行业的持续发展和创新。The necessity,construction concept,development goals,and implementation strategies for building intelligent ship design and research institutes were explored.With the advent of the digital era,intelligent ship research institutions have become the key to enhancing industry competitiveness.The construction of intelligent institutes is aimed to achieve efficient collaboration and intelligent management in design,research and development,manufacturing,and operation through the deep integration of information technology and ship design.The strategies such as integrated ship design,digital delivery and interaction,and digital operational support were proposed,while emphasizing the importance of process management.By implementing these strategies,it is aimed to improve design efficiency and quality,reduce costs,and promote the sustainable development and innovation of the shipping industry.
