摘　　要：我国是一个海洋大国,有着漫长的海岸线和诸多岛屿海域以及辽阔的海洋经济水域。海洋救助是保障人类进行安全海事活动的有效海上救援手段,海洋救助船是海上应急救援体系中核心救助装备和救援平台。当前,我国进入中国特色社会主义新时代,开启了全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程,对海洋救助技术发展和装备建设提出了更高、更新的要求。根据新时代海洋救助技术发展所面临的新要求、海上应急救援技术研究提出的新课题、海洋救助船型开发中海上应急救援研究的新技术等方面作简要分析论述和介绍。China is a big maritime country with a long coastline,many islands,and vast marine economic waters.Marine rescue is an effective means to ensure the safety of human maritime activities,and marine rescue ships are the core rescue equipment and rescue platform in the marine emergency rescue system.China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,opened a new journey to build a modern socialist country comprehensively,and put forward higher and updated requirements for the development of marine rescue technology and equipment construction.The new requirements of the development of marine rescue technology in the new era,the new topic of marine emergency rescue technology research,and the new technology of marine emergency rescue research in the development of marine rescue ship type were briefly analyzed and introduced.
