摘 要:粗纱定量及捻系数是纺纱工艺中的关键参数。通过对高支精梳纯棉纱的试纺,文章综合探讨了粗纱捻系数和粗纱定量对赛络纺纱线性能及其质量的影响,首先,考察了粗纱定量对细纱工序的影响,分析了粗纱重定量工艺模式与原理,强调了合理的粗纱定量对于保障成纱质量、减少前纺开台次数和提高生产效率的显著贡献。其次,通过调整纺纱流程中的粗纱捻系数进行成纱强力、条干变异系数(CV)、质量、捻度等指标的细致测试与分析发现,纱线质量随粗纱捻系数的增加呈现出先增加后减小的趋势。研究揭示了适当控制粗纱捻系数和定量对提高纱线品质和生产效率具有关键作用,为纺织生产提供了重要的技术指导和优化建议。The roving weight and twist coefficient are key parameters in spinning process.By conducting trial spinning of high-count combing pure cotton yarn,this paper comprehensively explores the impact of roving twist coefficient and roving weight on the linear performance and quality of Sirospun.Firstly,it investigates the impact of the roving weight on the fine yarn process,analyzes the model and principle of roving heavy weight process,and emphasizes the significant contribution of reasonable roving weight to ensure yarn quality,reduce pre-spinning doffing times and improve production efficiency.Secondly,by adjusting the roving twist coefficient in the spinning process,detailed testing and analysis of yarn strength,sliver coefficient of variation(CV),weight,twist and other indicators are conducted to reveal that yarn quality shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of roving twist coefficient.The study highlights the key role of properly controlling roving twist coefficient and weight in improving yarn quality and production efficiency,providing important technical guidance and optimization recommendations for textile production.
