摘 要:以低品位黏土钒矿水浸渣(以下简称钒矿水浸渣)和氧化亚铁硫杆菌为试验材料,研究了钒矿水浸渣对氧化亚铁硫杆菌生长特性及氧化活性的影响。按不同比例将钒矿水浸渣加入到已接种氧化亚铁硫杆菌的培养液中,测定计算不同矿浆浓度下溶液的pH值、菌液浓度、Fe^(2+)氧化率、钒浸出率。结果表明,钒矿水浸渣会对氧化亚铁硫杆菌浸出体系的pH值、Fe^(2+)氧化率、菌液浓度产生影响,并抑制氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生长特性和氧化活性。随着钒矿水浸渣引入量逐渐增大,体系终止pH值逐渐升高,菌液浓度、Fe^(2+)氧化速率和钒浸出率逐渐降低。当矿浆浓度为2.5和5 g/L时,钒的浸出率相近,均为60%左右,而当矿浆浓度升高到为7.5和10 g/L时,浸出率仅为48%左右。Using a low-grade clay vanadium ore water leaching slag(hereinafter referred to as vanadium water leaching slag)and thiobacillus ferrous as experimental materials,the effect of vanadium water leaching slag on the growth characteristics and oxidation activity of thiobacillus ferrous were studied.Vanadium water leaching slag was added to the culture medium inoculated with thiobacillus ferrous in different proportions,the pH value,bacterial concentration,Fe^(2+)oxidation rate,and vanadium leaching rate of the solution were measured and calculated at different slurry concentrations.The results indicate that vanadium water leaching slag caused changes in the pH,Fe^(2+)oxidation rate and bacterial concentration of the leaching system of thiobacillus ferrous,and inhibited the growth characteristics and oxidation activity of thiobacillus ferrous.As the addition of vanadium leaching slag increased gradually,the final pH of the system rose progressively,the bacterial concentration,Fe^(2+)oxidation rate and vanadium leaching rate decreased progressively.When the slurry concentration was 2.5 and 5 g/L,the vanadium leaching rate was similar,both about 60%.However,when the slurry concentration rose to 7.5 and 10 g/L,the leaching rate was only about 48%.
