摘 要:为分析船舶水下装置O形密封圈随外压变化时,其应力状态和密封性能的变化,建立三角密封区域的密封槽和O形圈的有限元模型,采用超弹性橡胶单元模拟O形圈的在不同压力下的等效应力、接触压力等相关参数的变化情况,并对角密封的密封效果进行试验验证。结果表明,随着外部压力的增加,O形圈与密封槽的接触压力也同步上升,能克服的密封压力也同步增加,在不损伤O形圈和密封槽的前提下,能够满足密封的要求。In order to study the changes in stress state and sealing performance of O-ring seals used in underwater devices with changes in external pressure,a finite element model of the sealing groove and O-ring in the triangular sealing area was established.The super-elastic rubber elements were used to simulate the changed Von Mises stress,contact pressure and other parameters of the O-ring under different pressures,and the sealing effect of the diagonal seal was experimentally verified.The results showed that as the external pressure increases,the contact pressure between the O-ring and the sealing groove also increases synchronously,as well as the sealing pressure that can be overcome.Without damaging the O-ring and sealing groove,it can meet the sealing requirements.
