摘　　要：司法所是基层政法组织机构的基本单元,加强司法所规范化建设是实现司法行政工作高质量发展的必然要求。结合新疆相关实践探索,司法所规范化建设工作存在认识和理解不到位、管理体制不顺、队伍力量配备不齐、履职能力不强等问题。有必要在正确认识规范化建设实质内涵的基础上,科学部署安排规范化建设工作,理顺管理权限,优化职能定位,配齐配强队伍力量,强化司法所监督和服务职能,与基层法治资源形成合力,提高基层社会治理法治化水平。The judicial administrative department is the basic unit of grassroots political science and law organizations,and strengthening the standardized construction of the judicial administrative department is an inevitable requirement for achieving high-quality development of judicial administrative work.According to the relevant practice and exploration in Xinjiang,there are some problems in the standardization construction of judicial administrative department,such as inadequate recognition and understanding,poor management system,inadequate team strength,and weak ability to perform duties.On the basis of a correct understanding of the essence of standardization construction,it is necessary to scientifically deploy and arrange standardization construction,rationalize management authority,optimize functional positioning,fully equip and strengthen team strength,strengthen supervision and service functions of judicial administrative department,form joint forces with grassroots legal resources,and improve the rule of law level of grassroots social governance.
