摘  要:露天堆场的粉尘无组织排放一直是干散货码头大气污染防治工作的重点和难点。苫盖和湿式除尘是我国专业化煤炭码头露天堆场粉尘无组织排放的两种主流防治措施。文章以北方某煤码头为例,基于露天堆场采用苫盖和湿式除尘措施下的粉尘无组织排放浓度监测数据,对两种主流粉尘防治措施的环保效益进行了对比分析。研究结果显示:采用湿式除尘措施比采用苫盖措施更适用于高周转率的专业化煤炭码头露天堆场的粉尘无组织排放的防治。The unorganized emission of dust from open storage yards has always been a key and difficult point in the prevention and control of air pollution in dry bulk cargo terminals.Tarpaulin cover and wet dust removal are two mainstream prevention and control measures for unorganized dust emissions from specialized coal terminal open storage yards in China.In this paper,a coal terminal in the north China was taken as an example,the environmental benefits of two mainstream dust control measures were compared based on the monitoring data obtained from unorganized dust emission concentration under the use of tarpaulin and wet dust removal measures in open storage yards.The research results show that using wet dust removal measures is more suitable for the prevention and control of unorganized dust emissions in specialized coal terminal open storage yards with high turnover rates than using tarpaulin measures.
