摘  要:本研究通过细乳液共聚合制备系列高有机硅含量有机硅改性丙烯酸酯(SiPA)乳液,并与水性封闭性异氰酸酯固化剂复配制备SiPA固化膜及涂层。研究表明:随着有机硅单体含量增加,SiPA聚合物固化膜耐水性增强(SiPA-60c吸水率为19.6%);固化涂层表面富集的有机硅含量增加,涂层表面接触角增大,SiPA-70c涂层接触角为98.2°。In this research,a series of silicone-modified acrylate(SiPA)emulsions with high organic silicon content were successfully synthesized through a miniemulsion copolymerization process.Subsequently,these emulsions were compounded with waterborne blocked isocyanate curing agents to fabricate SiPA cured films and coatings.Our investigation reveals that as the concentration of silicone monomer increases,the water resistance of the SiPA polymer cured films is significantly enhanced.Specifically,the water absorption rate of the SiPA-60c film is recorded at 19.6%.Furthermore,an increase in the silicone content enriched on the surface of the cured coatings is observed,which concomitantly leads to an augmentation in the contact angle of the coating surface.Notably,the contact angle of the SiPA-70c coating reaches 98.2°,indicating its enhanced hydrophobicity.
