典型智能产品质量安全风险控制研究

摘　　要：随着科技浪潮的不断发展,智能化家居产品不断涌入市场。该文以常见的智能产品,如扫地机器人、智能门锁等为主要研究对象,综合研究智能家居监控系统质量安全,对其进行风险管理分析;从风险识别、风险评估和风险应对3个主要方面进行分析;采用专家评价法、层次分析法、模糊综合评价法进行项目风险管理分析。指出该场景下需注意的风险因素,保证智能家居产品的质量安全,为其他智能产品的风险管理控制提供一定的借鉴。With the continuous development of science and technology,intelligent home products continue to pour into the market.This paper takes the common intelligent products,such as floor sweeping robot and intelligent door lock,as the main research object,comprehensively studies the quality and safety of intelligent home monitoring system,and analyzes its risk management.This paper analyzes from three main aspects:risk identification,risk assessment and risk response.Expert evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to analyze project risk management.This paper points out the risk factors that should be paid attention to in this scenario,ensures the quality and safety of smart home products,and provides a certain reference value for the risk management and control of other intelligent products.
