摘 要:针对我国劳动力资源短缺与发展绿色建筑存在阻碍问题,该文基于BIM信息化平台共享高速公路工程项目设计施工信息,采用BIM技术与模块化技术协同设计施工相关单位划分工程项目任务模块,建立BIM模块化设计模型和BIM模块化施工模型。在此基础上,根据模块化施工组织设计模拟与优化高速公路工程项目施工进度、施工成本、质量控制和安全管理等模块化施工管理全过程,从而达到提高施工效率、缩短施工周期、降低施工成本和减少碳排放量的目的。In view of the shortage of labor resources and the obstacles to the development of green buildings in China,this paper shares the design and construction information of expressway projects based on BIM information platform,uses BIM technology and modular technology to divide project task modules with relevant units of design and construction,and establishes BIM modular design model and BIM modular construction model.On this basis,according to the modular construction organization design,the whole process of modular construction management such as construction progress,construction cost,quality control and safety management of expressway project is simulated and optimized,in order to achieve the purpose of improving construction efficiency,shortening construction cycle,reducing construction cost and reducing carbon emissions.
