摘  要:研究了树脂吸附法处理含杂环类农药高盐废水。研究表明,采用GC-15和GC-8树脂串联吸附,树脂整体10 BV出水的COD值可从35000 mg/L降至12500 mg/L,COD去除率约65%,且树脂出水蒸发结晶盐洁白,可作为副产盐出售。树脂吸附饱和后,可采用3 BV浓度为8%的氢氧化钠溶液再生,树脂的再生率可达94%以上。中试放大实验中,以同样的参数连续吸脱附运行15批次,树脂出水COD值稳定。树脂吸附法工艺及操作简单,投资成本和运行成本均较低,效果优异。The resin adsorption method for treating heterocyclic pesticide high-salt wastewater is studied.The research shows that using GC-15 and GC-8 resins in tandem adsorption,the COD value of 10 BV effluent can be reduced from 35000 mg/L to 12500 mg/L,the COD removal rate is about 65%,and the evaporated crystalline salt of the resin effluent is white,and can be sold as a by-product salt.After resin adsorption saturation,three bed volumes 8%NaOH solution can be used for regeneration,and the regeneration rate of the resin can reach over 94%.In the pilot scale test application,15 batches of continuous adsorption and desorption are operated with the same parameters,and the COD value of the resin effluent is stable.The resin adsorption method has simple process and operation,low investment and operating costs,and excellent results.
