摘　　要：该文结合线上和线下两种教育模式,提出“双轨”混合新教学模式,对传统教学模式进行一个改革。学生既可以充分利用线上资源,改变以往的教学资源单一有限的缺陷,丰富自己的知识面;又可以利用线下资源,达到对所学知识的一个实践检验的目的,对所学知识进行重复加深记忆,达到学以致用。教师则可以将传统教学方式与互联网信息技术相结合,提高课堂深度、广度,丰富课堂内容,在缩减了教师的教学时间,减轻教学负担的同时,有效提高教学质量和教学效率,将传统的“以教师为中心”的教学模式转变为“教导-自主相结合”的教学模式。形成以师生为中心,以公安一线需求为导向,线上资源合理配置,线下实践紧密联合,线上线下混合教育模式与人才培育体系,也使得网络安全与执法专业的人才在面对新时代网络空间安全的新挑战时,能够做出更好的应对。Combining online and offline education modes,this paper proposes a"dual-track"hybrid new teaching mode,which reforms the traditional teaching mode.Students can make full use of online resources,change the single and limited defects of previous teaching resources,and enrich their knowledge;they can also use offline resources to achieve the purpose of a practical test of the knowledge they have learned,and repeat the knowledge they have learned.Teachers can combine traditional teaching methods with Internet information technology to improve the depth and breadth of the classroom and enrich the content of the classroom.While reducing the teaching time of teachers and reducing the teaching burden,it can effectively improve the teaching quality and teaching efficiency.The"teacher-centered"teaching mode has been transformed into a teaching mode of"combining teaching and autonomy".The formation of teachers and students as the center,the needs of the front line of public security as the guidance,reasonable allocation of online resources,close integration of offline practice,online and offline mixed education model and talent cultivation systemalso enables the network security and law enforcement professionals to make a better responsein the face of new challengesin the new era of cyberspace security.
