摘  要:实验以二氧化三铁、氧化钴、氧化锰、釉果为主要原料,采用单因素实验法,探究了青花色料中Fe2O3/CoO对青花瓷色度值、微观结构、晶相组成的影响。实验结果表明,随着青花色料配方中Fe2O3/CoO比值增大,青花瓷着色区域表面析出大量的1~3μm磁铁矿晶体并且发育越来越好,使得青花瓷呈现黑色调增强蓝色调减弱的现象。Using ferric oxide,cobalt oxide,manganese oxide,and glaze fruit as the main raw materials,the experiments investigated the effects of Fe2O3/CoO ratio in the blue-and-white pigment on the chromaticity value,microstructure,and crystalline phase composition of blue-and-white porcelain by using the one-way experimental method.The experimental results show that with the increase of Fe2O3/CoO ratio,a large number of 1~3μm magnetite crystals are precipitated on the surface of the colored area of blue-and-white porcelain,and the development becomes better and better,so that the black tone of blue and white porcelain is enhanced and the blue tone is weakened.
