摘 要:为探究煤油共生条件下油浸煤自燃指标气体及其微观反应特性,采用程序升温氧化试验和原位红外光谱测试分析了原煤和油浸煤低温氧化过程中指标气体及关键活性官能团的变化规律,并利用灰色关联分析法明确了二者之间的内在联系。结果显示:在30~110℃,少量原油会增加指标气体CO和C_(2) H_(4)产出量,而10%油浸煤的指标气体始终小于其他煤样。随氧化温度升高,油浸煤样指标气体增加速率减缓,且原油与煤质量比值越大,与原煤样指标气体差值越大,气体产生的滞后效应越明显,原油量增加和温度升高都会进一步抑制油浸煤氧化过程中指标气体的产生。原油中丰富的脂环结构使油浸煤中—CH_(2)—的峰值强度增加最为明显。在100℃附近,官能团与指标气体的关联性较大,其中—C C—对油浸煤指标气体生成的贡献度最高,—CH_(2)—的贡献度最小。To investigate the spontaneous combustion indicator gases and their microscopic reaction characteristics of oil-immersed coal under coal-oil coexisting conditions,this paper analyzed the changing rules of indicator gases and key active functional groups during the low-temperature oxidation of raw coal and oil-immersed coal samples by using programmed temperature raising oxidation experiments and in situ infrared spectroscopy test.Then we used gray correlation analysis to clarify the intrinsic connection between the indicator gases and the key active functional groups.The results show that during the period of 30110℃,a small percentage of crude oil leaching into the row coal(2.5%7.5%oil-immersed coal samples)increases the output of the indicator gases CO and C_(2) H_(4),while the indicator gases of 10%oil-immersed coal are always smaller than those of other coal samples.With the increase of oxidation temperature,the rate of increase of indicator gases of oil-immersed coal samples slows down.The greater the oil content ratio is,the larger the difference of the indicator gases between the oil-immersed coal and the original coal is,and the more obvious the hysteresis effect produced by the indicator gases is.The difference between the gas production value of 10%oil-immersed coal and raw coal is always the largest.Therefore,both the increase in crude oil volume and the increase in temperature further inhibit the production of indicator gases during the oxidation of oil-immersed coal.The abundance of alicyclic structures in the crude oil results in the most pronounced increase in the peak intensity of—CH_(2)—in the oil-immersed coal,and the decrease in the—CH_(2)—functional group increases with an increase in the proportion of crude oil.The results of the gray correlation analysis show that the correlation coefficients between the major reactive functional groups and the indicator gases are larger near 100℃in the oxidation of oil-immersed coal.The functional group—C C—contributes the most to oil-immerse
