摘  要:Duchenne型肌营养不良(DMD)是儿童最常见的遗传性肌肉疾病。多模态MRI,如水脂分离(Dixon)、T2 mapping、扩散张量成像(DTI)、MRS、23Na-MRI均能够在显示肌肉形态学特征及病理改变的基础上进一步客观定量肌肉组织的微观变化,可以整体、无创地评估病情的严重程度及进展情况,甚至可以早期发现肌肉损伤,而且各种成像方法的联合应用有助于多指标多维度表征疾病特征。人工智能在肌肉成像领域的发展也提高了疾病诊断的准确性。就骨骼肌定量MRI及人工智能在DMD中的应用进展进行综述。Duchenne muscular dystrophy(DMD)is the most common genetic muscle disorder in children.Multimodel MRI,such as water-fat separation(Dixon),T2 mapping,diffusion tensor imaging(DTI),MRS,and 23Na-MRI can objectively quantify microscopic changes in muscle tissue based on showing muscle morphological characteristics and pathological changes.These techniques allow for a comprehensive,non-invasive assessment of the severity and progression of the disease,and can even detect early muscle damage.Moreover,the combined application of various imaging methods aids in multi-dimensional and multi-parameter characterization of disease features.The development of artificial intelligence in the field of muscle imaging has also improved the accuracy of disease diagnosis.This review discusses the advancements in the application of quantitative MRI of skeletal muscle and artificial intelligence in DMD.
