摘 要:为了实现复杂焊接零件三维模型中焊缝特征的识别与数据提取,建立焊缝特征表达模型,提出一种基于特征面边界的焊缝特征识别与特征参数提取方法。采用散列表存储零件的拓扑面,根据散列表快速识别焊接零件中的重合面,并构建重合面边界的有向邻接图,进而合并重合面。根据接头类型在有向邻接图中提取对应节点,实现焊缝特征参数的提取。为实现焊缝特征的表示,提出一种基于特征面边界形状的焊缝特征表示方法,采用“基础特征+形状特征值”的表示方法对焊缝特征进行表示。实例测试表明,该算法能够准确识别出多种类型及形状的焊缝,且特征表达模型能够对焊缝进行准确表示,验证了该算法的有效性。To realize the recognition and data extraction of weld features in 3D models for complex welded parts and establish the feature representation model of weld features,this paper proposes a method of weld feature recognition and extraction based on feature surface boundary.First,the topological surfaces of the parts are stored in the hash table,the coincidence surfaces in the welded parts are quickly identified according to the hash table,the directed adjacency graph of the coincidence surface boundary is constructed,and the coincidence surfaces are merged.Then,according to the joint type,the corresponding node is extracted from the directed adjacency diagram to realize the extraction of the weld.Finally,to realize the representation of weld features,a method of weld feature representation based on feature surface boundary shape is proposed.The representation method of“basic feature+shape feature value”is employed to represent weld features.Our example test shows the algorithm accurately identifies various types and shapes of welds,and the feature representation model accurately represents welds,demonstrating the effectiveness of the algorithm.
