摘  要:配电网作为电力生产过程中的最终环节,直接面向电力用户,可靠性高低直接影响到消费者对整个电网运转管理的评价。配电网运行过程中的带电检验是保证配电网可靠运行的关键方式,实际运行中检测任务常遭遇多原因型设备异常情况,单一判断依据严重程度均无须即刻停电消缺。该种缺陷的严重水平不可依靠单一判据定性,应归纳所有检测方法结果进行判定。基于直觉模糊决策算法模型,提出了一种应用带电检测设备异常情况的综合检测方法。该方法使用红外检测技术对测得的设备异常点最高温度、通过最高温度和最低温度计算的温升和超声波检测技术测得的信号强度三个评价元素进行综合指标分析并对严重程度进行排序,为复检提供依据。As the final link in the power production process,the distribution network is directly aimed at power users,and its reliability directly affects consumers’evaluation of the operation and management of the entire power grid.The electrification inspection during the operation of the distribution network is a key way to ensure the reliable operation of the distribution network.In actual operation,detection tasks often encounter equipment anomalies with multiple causes,and the severity of a single judgment basis does not require immediate power outage and defect elimination.The severity level of this type of defect cannot be determined solely by a single criterion,and the results of all detection methods should be summarized for judgment.Based on the intuitive fuzzy decision algorithm model,this paper proposes a comprehensive detection method for abnormal situations of live detection equipment.This method uses infrared detection technology to measure the highest temperature of abnormal points in the equipment,temperature rise calculated by the highest and lowest temperatures,and signal strength measured by ultrasonic detection technology for comprehensive indicator analysis and ranking of severity,providing a basis for retesting.
