摘 要:针对用电需求的不断增加以及用电分布不均导致的负荷峰谷差问题,提出一种电池储能用于削峰填谷选址定容方法。首先,建立选址适应度指标,由日负荷曲线求得日持续负荷曲线后计算适应度指标并排序,确定储能的最优安装位置;其次,综合考虑调峰效果和系统经济性,以储能综合成本和负荷绝对峰谷差建立容量优化配置模型,采用鹰群算法对模型进行求解,从而获得储能最优配置容量,并用评价指标对优化后的结果进行评估;最后,结合某省电网实测负荷数据进行仿真实验,结果表明,所提方法可针对不同负荷选定最优安装位置,并通过容量最优配置降低电网的负荷峰谷差,具有良好的调峰效果和系统经济性。In view of the increasing demand for electricity and the uneven distribution of electricity resulting in the peak-to-valley load difference,this paper proposes a battery energy storage for peak-shaving and valley-filling site selection and capacity determination method.Firstly,we establish the site adaptation index,calculate and rank the adaptation index after obtaining the continuous load curve from the daily load curve,and determine the optimal installation location of energy storage;secondly,we consider the peak regulation effect and system economy,establish the capacity optimization model with the comprehensive cost of energy storage and the absolute peak-valley difference of load,and solve the model by using the hawk swarm algorithm to obtain the optimal capacity of energy storage,and use the evaluation index to evaluate the optimized results.Finally,experimental simulations are conducted with the measured load data of a provincial power grid,and the results show that the proposed method can select the optimal installation location for different loads and reduce the peak-to-valley difference of the power grid through the optimal capacity allocation,which has good peak regulation effect and system economy.
